Resonac Corporation (President and CEO: Hidehito Takahashi, hereafter referred to as “Resonac”) today announced that it has been honored with the “Excellent Technology Development and Production Support” award as part of the 2025 TSMC Excellent Performance Award presented by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TSMC).
The award recognizes suppliers within TSMC’s global supply chain who have made outstanding contributions to TSMC’s operations through advanced technological collaboration and stable production support. Resonac was selected for its technological achievements and reliable supply in advanced packaging materials, as well as for establishing a local production system for high-purity gases.

Resonac is a functional chemical company established as a result of the integration of Showa Denko and former Hitachi Chemical in January 2023. The Company’s sales revenue of semiconductor and electronic materials business for 2024 was about 450 billion yen.
